SerenEthos is a company conceived with the principles of high quality ethical healthcare services provided in a comfortable and serene environment for our residents. SerenEthos owns and operates two facilities in Hayward which are named St. Anthony SerenEthos SNF and SerenEthos Care Center. Both facilities are certified and licensed as Medicare/Medi-Cal providers by State and Federal regulatory authorities as Skilled Nursing Facilities. We help residents especially in need of around-the-clock nursing care. We provide short-term and long-term care and rehabilitation services.
We are proud that both our buildings are rated as five-star facilities by multiple regulatory and independent private rating authorities. Our primary objective is to help you set and reach attainable goals that are best suited for you. Ideally, we want to help you return to independence and safe living in your own home. For some of our residents, that ideal may not suit their current health conditions, but we still help you to maximize your self-sufficiency, personal dignity, comfort and sense of well-being within the constraints of what is the best care plan for your individual situation.
Upon your initial admission, our dedicated nurses and physicians will consult with you and your family advisors to develop a plan of care including a plan for your future discharge to independent living, assisted living, comfort care, or the ideal of a return to your most preferred personal home or family environment.
